The 1963 United States Mint Uncirculated Coin set contains uncirculated versions of 5 different coins struck at both the Philadelphia and Denver Mint facilities. Each 1963 Mint Set contained 2 Lincoln Cents (P,D), 2 Jefferson Nickels (P,D), 2 Roosevelt Dimes (P, D), 2 Washington Quarters (P, D), and 2 Franklin Half Dollar (P,D). The Dime, Quarter and Half were struck in 90% silver. Each set was packaged in the flat pack style, which consisted of the coins from each mint sealed into separate cellophane holders. These were placed with protective cardboard inserts into an envelope. This set has a mintage of 1,008,108.
